Yesterday we signed up Garden State, another Top Ten cart. They will be opening in early January. Chef Kevin Sandri has a menu that includes a meatball hero that may be the best this side of Sicily. This is a serious carnivore alert.

The Sugar Cube has opened it’s doors and is producing some serious sweetness. Chef Kir Jensen has created some terrific desserts. Read about her, foods carts in Portland and Mississippi Marketplace in an article in this week’s Portland Mercury.
