Just opened in July 2015, 503 Burger is the creation of Johnny and Owen . They are both Oregon Culinary Institute Graduates and USAF Veterans that meet during a culinary management class and both had an idea of creating a food cart with a simple yet effective gourmet take on a home grown classic "The Burger".
Gourmet Burgers, Original Shakes, Fries and Tots served from our little house made from Oregon cedar. We use as much local product, grass fed meats and organic produce as we can.
